Morningstar reserves the right to decide who qualifies for the premium subscriber rate. Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge with notification to be received in writing. Alternatively a full refund less $15 (incl. GST) will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 15 days prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be made less than 15 days prior to the event. Morningstar reserves the right to alter the program without notice.
